1. Identity of the operator

This Privacy Policy describes how ddmForce processes personal data across its websites, landing pages, digital services, software tools, automations, campaigns, integrations, and Meta/Facebook-connected applications. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, the operator of the relevant ddmForce services is TEKRA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L., to the extent that it determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

2. Positioning & corporate philosophy

At ddmForce, privacy, security, transparency, and responsible data stewardship are treated as core operating principles. Personal data is processed carefully, proportionately, and only for defined business, operational, legal, analytical, security, communication, and platform-related purposes. This Policy is intended to reflect both ddmForce’s broader corporate approach and the practical transparency expectations applicable to websites, digital products, software tools, automations, and Meta/Facebook-related services.

3. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to interactions within the ddmForce ecosystem, including websites, landing pages, contact forms, sales funnels, campaigns, communications, digital services, software tools, applications, automation systems, support channels, events, and future initiatives operated by or on behalf of ddmForce.

4. Personal data we may process

Depending on the context, ddmForce may process the following categories of personal data:

  • identification and contact data, such as name, email address, phone number, company name, billing details, role, communication preferences, or information voluntarily submitted through forms, chat, email, or other correspondence;
  • contractual, transactional, and relationship data, such as service requests, proposals, contracts, invoices, onboarding details, project communications, CRM records, and support history;
  • technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, session activity, approximate location, referral source, pages viewed, cookie-related identifiers, logs, and analytics data;
  • marketing and communications data, such as lead-source information, newsletter preferences, campaign interactions, appointment requests, survey responses, and communications history;

ddmForce does not intentionally request more Meta data than is reasonably necessary for the relevant feature, workflow, or service.

5. Sources of personal data

Personal data may be collected directly from the user, from business counterparties, from website interactions, from communications and support exchanges, from analytics and security tools, from cookies or similar technologies where applicable, and from Meta/Facebook when a user chooses to authenticate or connect with a ddmForce service using approved Meta integrations.

6. Purposes of processing

Personal data may be processed to:
– provide, configure, maintain, and improve ddmForce services;

7. Legal bases for processing

Depending on the circumstances, ddmForce may rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract or steps requested prior to entering into a contract; compliance with legal obligations; legitimate interests, such as operating, securing, improving, and administering our services; and consent, where consent is required by applicable law. Where personal data is obtained through Meta technologies, processing is limited to the purposes described in this Policy and to the permissions granted by the user and approved for the app.

8. Data sharing & processors

Personal data may be shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with trusted service providers, contractors, consultants, hosting providers, technical vendors, analytics providers, payment or accounting support providers, legal or financial advisers, and other partners that support the operation of ddmForce. Such recipients are expected to process data only under appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-processing obligations.

ddmForce does not sell personal data. ddmForce does not share Meta/Facebook user data except as necessary to operate the relevant service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or work with processors acting on ddmForce’s instructions.

9. International transfers

Where vendors, infrastructure, or business operations require cross-border processing, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area or outside the user’s jurisdiction using appropriate legal safeguards where required by law, including contractual protections, recognized transfer mechanisms, and proportionate risk-based controls.

10. Security measures

ddmForce implements technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or unlawful destruction. Depending on the context, these measures may include access restrictions, authentication controls, encryption, monitoring, logging, backup procedures, contractual controls, internal process restrictions, and security review practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but ddmForce seeks to maintain protection appropriate to the level of risk involved.

11. Cookies, analytics & Meta technologies

ddmForce may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, server logs, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate services, understand traffic patterns, secure sessions, improve performance, measure campaign effectiveness, and enhance user experience. Where required by law, non-essential technologies are used on the basis of consent or another valid legal basis.

Where Meta technologies such as Facebook Login, Meta Pixel, page integrations, or similar tools are used, the related processing is subject to the relevant permissions, settings, and purposes applicable to those tools and to the user’s interactions with the ddmForce service.

12. Data retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and legitimate business needs. After the relevant retention period, data may be deleted, anonymized, aggregated, or securely archived, depending on operational and legal requirements.

13. User rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights including the right to request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis. ddmForce aims to review and respond to valid privacy requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Privacy-related requests may be sent to: [email protected]. ddmForce may request reasonable information to verify identity and protect data against unauthorized access or fraudulent requests.
